What we collect

When you send an application, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, location, learning interests, teaching experience, and qualifications. Sign-in information is handled by Auth0. Teacher portfolio details are stored in our database when an approved teacher saves their page.

How we use your details

We use application details to respond to your request, match learners with teachers, review teacher applications, and operate the learning service. We do not sell personal information. Application and profile data is stored using MongoDB.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or remove your submitted information by contacting the Ait College team. Do not submit sensitive personal information in application forms or public profile text.
